Requirements
At least 2 years of Sales/customer
service experience, preferably experience
selling software, or previous experience
within a data processing unit.
Experience in service oriented sales
is mandatory.
General IT proficiency including
standard MS- Outlook Express, Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Good Internet research skills.
Knowledge of proposal writing and
ACT! software is an added bonus.
Great telephone manners and confidence
in calling customers.
Proactive, creative, self-motivated
and energetic.
US resident or must have US work
permit.
Salary
& Benefits
30K
- 40K per annum plus Sales Commissions.

Assist BDM in his day to day activities
in retaining and securing current
and prospect customers for data
entry and transcription line of
business.
Sales and customer information gathering,
analysis, assist in proposal development
and presentation creation.
Follow up with customers and provide
customer support through email and
phone calls.
General
Office Administration
General reception duties including
answering phone calls, incoming
mail and outgoing mail processing.
Document scanning, photocopying,
faxing, filing and preparing marketing
mailers.
Packaging, shipping boxes and order
office supplies.
Light accounting and book-keeping
required.
Requirements

- 5 years industry experience.
General
IT proficiency including standard
MS Outlook Express, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Access.
Good
Internet research skills.
Knowledge
of proposal writing, Quick Books
and ACT! software is an added bonus.
Great
